Yarn-wrapping is a craft that consists on wrapping with wool. Complements, jewels, dolls, letters… can be made with this tecnique. It is easy: prepare what you want to wrap, for example, you make a letter with cardboard (the yarn-wrapped letters are in fashion) and let’s wrap. Easy and showy.
I loved this tutorial from Pink Chalk Studio that explains how to make a branch and decorate it with ribbon. The most interesting thing is how to intertwine the ribbon and the stems. It is also what it seems to me the nicest. If you do not put the circular part it looks simple and pretty.
