Manualidades veraniegas para niños / Summer crafts for children

En verano disfrutamos con nuestros niños dejando que pase el tiempo sin preocupación y dedicándonos enteramente a ellos. ¿Os habéis fijado lo felices que les hace esto? Además de bañarnos, pasear o jugar, podemos aprovechar para hacer esas manualidades tan engorrosas que siempre dejamos aparcadas y que son las más divertidas.

 

In summer we enjoy with our children just letting the time pass without any worry and devoting ourselves entirely to them. Have you noticed how happy this fact makes them? Beside bathing, walking or playing, we can make these crafts we usually shelve and are the funniest ones.

 

 

 

Por ejemplo, ahora que estamos descansados y tenemos un poco más de paciencia, es el momento ideal para enseñarles a ¡COSER! Combinad labores monótonas para que aprendan a usar bien la aguja, el hilo y la tijera, con otras más divertidas con las que obtengan un resultado más inmediato. Otro tipo de manualidades que solemos evitar son las que manchan mucho y requieren bastante tiempo y espacio, como modelar con barro, pintar, actividades con agua, … Las zonas al aire libre y los bañadores van a ser nuestros aliados en verano.

 

Another kind of crafts we use to avoid are those that involve getting dirty and require quite a lot of time and space, as working with clay, painting, activities with water… Outdoors areas and swimsuits will be our allies in summer.

Y para terminar, la cocina, divertida y educativa a la vez. Cocino con mi hija desde que era muy pequeñita. Recuerdo que le ponía los cuencos en su trona para que removiera las mezclas. Los niños pueden hacer prácticamente de todo. Sólo hay que evitar las fuentes de calor y los objetos afilados. Y  hay muchas comidas que no requieren guisar. And to finish, cooking, funny and educational simultaneously. I cook with my daughter since she was very little. I remember I used to put the bowls on her high chair and she stired the mixtures. Children can do practically everything. It’s only necessary to avoid the heating sources and  sharp objects. And there are many meals that don’t require cooking.
