Tutorial: Flor de fieltro 2. / Felt flower 2.

 

Vamos a hacer una variación de la flor 1.

Para esta flor los tres primeros pasos son iguales que en la flor 1, salvo que para el mismo tamaño las medidas de las piezas varían.

 

For this flower the first three steps are the same as for flower 1, except that for the same size the measures of the pieces change.

 

1– Cortamos una tira de fieltro de 30 cm. de largo por 5 cm. de ancho y un círculo de 5 cm. de diámetro.

 

 1- Cut a strip of felt, 12 “ long and 2” wide and a 2” diameter circle.

2– Doblamos la tira por la mitad a lo largo y la pegamos con pegamento o cola especial para tela o silicona.

 

2- Fold the strip in half lengthways and glue it with special glue for fabric or silicone.

3– Cuando esté bien pegada, hacemos pequeños cortes en toda la tira, como en la foto.

 

3- When it’s perfectly attached, make small cuts on the whole strip, as in the photo.

4– Ahora cogemos el círculo, le ponemos cola y vamos pegando la tira en círculos de fuera a dentro.

 

4- Now take the circle, add some glue and stick the strip in circles form the outside to the inside.

5– Sólo nos queda coser o pegar un adorno en el centro de la flor.

 

5- We only have to sew or stick an ornament in the center of the flower.
