A diferencia del tutorial anterior, las “flores de pétalos” que vamos a confeccionar se hacen a partir de piezas en forma de pétalos y no de círculos. Además, esta vez nos olvidamos de la aguja, en lugar de coser vamos a utilizar pegamento.
Unlikely the previous tutorial, we’re going to make this “petal flowers” from petal-shaped pieces and not circles. Besides, this time we leave the needle aside, and instead of sewing we’re going to use glue.
He hecho tres flores distintas pero se pueden hacer muchas variaciones: de un solo color o combinando colores, intercalando los pétalos pequeños con los grandes o superponiéndolos, con distintas formas de pétalo, etc. Pero el modelo de flor es el mismo. Los pasos son los siguientes:
I’ve made two different flowers but many variations can be made: an only color or combining colors, placing the small petals among the big ones or overlaping them, with different shapes of petals, etc. But the model of flower is the same. The steps are the following:
1– Recortamos seis pétalos pequeños y seis grandes y un círculo de diámetro igual al largo del pétalo grande. Podéis imprimir mi plantilla en PDF

1- Cut away six small petals and six big and a circle of equal diameter to the length of the big petal. You can print my PDF template here.
2– Ponemos una gota de pegamento especial para tela, cola o silicona en la base de cada pétalo grande y los doblamos para que se peguen, como en la foto. Al doblarlos, los dejaremos más cerrados en caso de que los pétalos vayan a ir intercalados y más abiertos si van a ir superpuestos.
2- Put a drop of special glue for fabric or silicone in the base of every big petal and fold to stick them, as in the photo. When folding the big petals, leave them more closed if small petals are going to be placed among the big ones and more open if they are going to be overlaping.
3– A continuación, pegamos los pétalos al círculo.

4– Ahora seguimos los mismos pasos con los pétalos pequeños: aplicamos pegamento, los doblamos y los pegamos al círculo que nos sirve como base si van intercalados con los grandes,
